Roles and Responsibilities
Guest service: Greet customers, take orders, serve food and beverages, clear tables, and respond promptly to inquiries.
Order accuracy: including special requests; verify completeness and accuracy before sending out to customers.
Outlet maintenance: Keep the F&B outlet clean, tidy, and compliant with hygiene standards.
Inventory & stock: Monitor and restock takeaway packaging, disposable cutleries, ingredients, supplies, and menu items as needed.
Cashier duties: Operate POS systems, process payments, and handle transactions.
Team support: Assist other positions when required; rotate between outlets if applicable.
Service quality: Maintain brand standards, provide “go-the-extra-mile” service, and ensure guest safety.
