Service Crew/ Waiter

Job Summary

Support the Restaurant Manager in executing operational procedures and maintaining service standards to ensure smooth service flow and a consistent guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in implementing operational procedures and maintaining service quality standards.
• Execute FOH SOPs and POS procedures accurately to support efficient front-of-house operations.
• Monitor service team adherence to ordering flows, coursing, and POS accuracy to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assist in implementing new procedures, menus, or operational updates to enhance restaurant performance.
• Support daily operational tasks including opening and closing procedures to maintain smooth restaurant operations.
• Assist with daily cash handling procedures as required to ensure accurate financial transactions.
• Monitor inventory levels of service equipment, tableware, glassware, and FOH supplies, reporting replenishment needs promptly.
• Report maintenance or operational issues to management to ensure timely resolution.
• Ensure the service team complies with liquor license conditions and practices responsible service of alcohol (RSA).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area to uphold hygiene and safety standards.
• Ensure adherence to company operational and safety standards to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Perform any other duties reasonably incidental or necessary to fulfill the role purpose.
