Temp Patient Meal Service Crew

📍 Location: Queenstown
💼 Employment Type: September 2026 to December 2026/January 2027/ Temporary 
🕐 Working Hours: 5-day work week, rotational shifts

• 5.15am – 2.45pm &
• 7.30am – 5.00pm
• Includes weekends & public holidays
• Working hours may be adjusted based on operational needs

Key Responsibilities

• Manage diet control administration and patient meal-related matters
• Handle phone calls, enquiries and feedback, and coordinate follow-ups with relevant departments
• Collate and update meal information for kitchen production
• Generate daily meal summaries and patient meal chits using the electronic meal ordering system
• Assist the kitchen team with meal assembly, plating and tray preparation
• Manage office supplies, stock issuance and stock-taking
• Receive, store and distribute goods to relevant departments
• Conduct patient meal satisfaction surveys and collate feedback
• Manage daily staff meal orders, collection coordination and payment processing
• Support general administrative duties including documentation, filing, posters and signage
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Food Science, Food Nutrition or a related discipline preferred
• Candidates with relevant experience in food services, healthcare, catering or similar operations are welcome
• Valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 certificate is required
• Good communication, interpersonal and telephone etiquette skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good spoken and written English
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
• Physically fit and able to perform manual handling, including lifting and carrying heavy items
