Chef - Western Cuisine _5 Days Work _Monday to Friday

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Western Chef, Chef de Partie, Demi Chef, or in a similar kitchen position.
• Good knowledge of international Western cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Experience preparing items such as pasta, grilled meats, seafood, burgers, salads, soups, sauces, and other Western dishes.
• Able to manage an assigned kitchen section independently.
• Good understanding of food hygiene, food safety, stock rotation, and kitchen sanitation.
• Able to work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.
• Strong attention to food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and portion control.
• Positive attitude with good teamwork and communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to the duty roster.
• Food Safety Course certification is preferred.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in Singapore.
