Job Summary

Join our team as a Barista/Service Crew to support daily café operations by preparing specialty drinks, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and respond to customer needs to deliver exceptional service that enhances customer satisfaction
• Prepare a variety of espresso-based beverages, teas, and other hot or iced drinks according to café standards
• Maintain and clean drinkware and beverage equipment to ensure hygiene and operational readiness
• Monitor and maintain consistent product taste and quality for all beverages served
• Inspect coffee beans and other supplies regularly to ensure freshness and quality
• Operate Point of Sales (POS) systems accurately to process all customer orders
• Manage front-of-house duties including barista tasks, customer service, and floor maintenance
• Maintain regular and punctual attendance to support smooth café operations
• Work calmly and efficiently under pressure during busy periods to uphold service standards
• Demonstrate willingness to learn coffee calibration and basic latte art skills to improve beverage quality

Required competencies and certifications

• Food Hygiene Certificate
• Basic barista experience
• Availability to work on weekends and public holidays

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Willingness to learn coffee calibration and basic latte art skills (not mandatory)
