• Junior Section Leader: $2,800-3,100/month
• Section Leader / Assistant Section Leader: $3,100-3,800/month

Job description

• Run daily kitchen operations, the floor (service operations) and the cutting area
• Complete opening and closing checklists
• Coach and train junior crew, handle recruitment and manpower management
• Resolve customer complaints
• Manage incident reports and follow-up documentation
• Order supplies and monitor inventory
• Follow SOP and hygiene compliance and personal grooming standards
• Prepare sales and operations reports for HQ
• Keep the kitchen clean and safe, follow food safety standards
• Section Leader / Assistant Section Leader only: manage food cost and wastage
• Do ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Sushi restaurant experience is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Self-motivated and disciplined
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible and positive working attitude
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
